  I've been going to Tuff Girl Bootcamps for almost a year (3 days/week) and have lost 25lbs. Julie Sawyer is is a great trainer and motivator while your working out. The routines very each time so very rarely do you do the same routine. Honestly, the hardest part is making the decision to start bootcamp. It really is real women of all shapes and sizes. During the workout you are sweating and your heart is pounding, but once your on your way home you think to yourself that wasn't that bad. If your not quite ready to start eating healthier, then start with working out to help with weightloss and gaining muscle. It really is worth giving it a try...if I didn't like it, then I wouldn't be going 3x's per week). :) I hope I've inspired you to give Julie a call.
