  I cannot say enough great things about RockBox! I've only been involved for 2.5 months and I couldn't imagine not doing it. The trainers are supportive and helpful, always pushing you to your full potential. I haven't felt this strong nor have I truly loved a workout in years until I came here. If you're looking for a fun but challenging high-intensity workout then this is the place for you. I promise you won't be disappointed!
