  Y2 Yoga offers a great facility, but it's the people and, what some might say, the nontraditional approach to yoga that I really love. The instructors have a great sense of humor and are not afraid to have some fun. It's more than just relaxing, it's one hell of a workout and a good god damn time.

  Mallory's class is one of the best hot yoga experiences in Charlotte for sure. Y2 continues to be amazing

  Angie's LSD class is the absolute highlight of my week! She has the most calm and encouraging spirit. Her class is full of wonderful assists, amazing music, and always ends with uplifting words that leave me feeling lighter and looking forward to coming my next class!
