  Unprofessional staff. Would not contact me about the information I requested. The front desk lady was very rude talking over me saying I could not receive my documents. So when I told her it should be no issue to give me my paperwork my insurance company says they did not receive from them. The front desk lady got upset called me out my name and hung up when I corrected her on her job and how she needs to talk to customers. Everytime I called the front desk lady hung up before I could say anything. The management never followed up with me and when I went to the facility to figure out what is the hold up. The manager stated that she is not on my time.
