  I was pleased with him the first time I had my child tongue tie done however this time has been completely different, I personally think that if the baby is gaining weight or a certain age you should not have it done. My son and I had a challenging relationship nursing but it’s ten times worse now he is flat out refusing to nurse. He has a complete oral aversion to everything entering his mouth. I personally believe he was just to old to have it done and Dr McMurtry should realize and be more educated on this aspect. So if your baby is older than 3 months I would seriously reconsider having anything done this past week has been a nightmare and I have no one to blame but myself!
